Turn right onto Old Paper Mill Road, and walk for about half a mile. The park entrance at 240 Old Paper Mill Rd will be on your left.

From various locations in Newark, use DART First State buses to reach the area near Old Paper Mill Road. Check the DART First State website or local bus schedule for a suitable route and schedule. After arriving at the bus stop closest to Old Paper Mill Road, walk along Old Paper Mill Road for about a quarter of a mile; the park entrance will be on your left at 240 Old Paper Mill Rd. A single ride on DART First State buses costs $2.

From I-95, take exit 3 for DE-273 toward Newark/Christiana. Follow DE-273 W/S College Ave into Newark. Turn right onto E Main St, then left onto N College Ave. Continue onto Paper Mill Rd. The park will be on the left. Parking is available at the Newark Reservoir lot across the street. Parking is free.
