If you are already in White Clay Creek State Park, Carpenter Recreation Area, you can exit the park by following New London Road (DE-896) to the north. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with DE-4. Turn left onto DE-4 and continue for approximately 1 mile. You will see signs for Carpenter Recreation Area. Keep an eye out for the entrance on the right.

Take DART First State Route 33 from the Newark Transit Center towards the Christiana Mall. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop near the intersection of DE-4 and New London Road.
