A blokart is essentially a three-wheeled sailing cart—a compact, wheeled version of a traditional sailing dinghy. Pilots harness the wind through a sail to propel themselves across the sand at speeds between 30–50 km/h, depending on wind conditions. The sensation is immediate and addictive: within five to ten minutes of instruction, most participants feel confident controlling their craft and experience the unique freedom of silent, wind-powered motion across an open beach.No sailing certificate or prior experience is required. The site benefits from consistent westerly winds, which are ideal for blokart sailing. Note that GPS navigation may be unreliable; visitors should drive down onto the beach and head south along the shoreline to locate the camp.

While Danish summers offer the warmest conditions (reaching approximately 20°C from June to August), blokart sailing is possible year-round thanks to consistent winds. Winter visits require warm clothing, and sunglasses are recommended during sunny sessions to protect against blowing sand. The beach's firm surface and wide expanse make it suitable for sailing in various wind directions, though westerly winds provide the most enjoyable conditions. Participants should check wind forecasts before booking, as sessions depend on adequate wind.
