Head towards the town of Baní, which is approximately 60 kilometers from major towns in the Cordillera Central like Jarabacoa or La Vega. Follow the signs to Baní. Once you reach Baní, continue on the main road until you see signs for the Dunes of Baní. The dunes are located just outside the town, and you should follow the signs for a few more kilometers until you reach the entrance. Parking is available on-site, and it typically costs around 100 DOP for the day.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from major towns in the Cordillera Central like Jarabacoa or La Vega to Baní. Look for Caribe Tours or Metro buses, which are reliable options. The bus fare is usually around 200 DOP. Once you arrive in Baní, you can take a local motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) or a taxi to the Dunes of Baní. The motoconcho ride will cost about 100 DOP, and it will take around 15-20 minutes to reach the dunes.
