    From the center of Puerto Plata, head east on Avenida 27 de Febrero towards Calle José de la Luz y Caballero. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida España. Turn left onto Avenida España and walk straight for approximately 15 minutes. You will see the entrance to the Port of Puerto Plata on your right, near the waterfront.
