    If you are starting from the main tourist area of Puerto Plata, head east on Calle José de la Luz y Caballero. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida General Gregorio Luperón. Turn left onto Avenida General Gregorio Luperón and walk for about 5 minutes. When you reach the Plaza Independencia, turn right onto Calle San Felipe. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Umbrella Street (C. San Felipe) on your left.
