Start at the central area of Puerto Plata, near Parque Independencia. From here, head east on Calle 12 de Julio until you reach the intersection with Avenida 27 de Febrero. Turn left on Avenida 27 de Febrero and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle Cam. Real. Turn right on Calle Cam. Real, and walk straight. You will see Puente de La Guinea on your left, located at Q8V3+QV7, C. Cam. Real. The walk should take approximately 20-30 minutes.

From the central bus terminal in Puerto Plata, take a local bus heading towards Sosúa or Cabarete. Inform the driver that you want to get off near the bridge, Puente de La Guinea. The bus will drop you off at a location close to the bridge. From there, you may need to walk a short distance (about 5-10 minutes) to reach the bridge itself.
