If you are in the Puerto Plata city center, start at Parque Independencia, which is a central meeting point. From the park, head east on Calle 12 de Julio for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida 27 de Febrero. Turn right onto Avenida 27 de Febrero and walk for another 300 meters. You will then see a sign for C. Separación. Turn left onto C. Separación and continue walking for about 200 meters. Vivonte Cigar Factory & Lounge will be on your right, at C. Separación 12.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a taxi from your location in Puerto Plata. Simply tell the driver to take you to Vivonte Cigar Factory & Lounge, located at C. Separación 12. Most taxi drivers in the area will be familiar with the location, but having the address handy may help. The ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic.

While public transportation is less common in Puerto Plata, you can catch a local 'carro publico' (shared taxi) that travels along Avenida 27 de Febrero.
