If you are in the center of Puerto Plata, start at Parque Central, which is a well-known public square. From Parque Central, head west on Calle 12 de Julio. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida José de la Luz y Caballero. Turn left onto Avenida José de la Luz y Caballero and walk for another 300 meters. You will see the Anfiteatro de Puerto Plata on your right at R834+G57. It's a recognizable building with an open-air structure.

If you prefer to use public transport, locate the nearest guagua (local minibus) stop. You can take a guagua heading towards the Puerto Plata City Center. Ask the driver to drop you off at the stop closest to the Anfiteatro de Puerto Plata, which is usually known to the drivers. After getting off, walk back a few meters on Avenida José de la Luz y Caballero, and you will find the amphitheater on your right at R834+G57.
