Car
From the town of Jimani, head south on Carretera 44 towards the town of Poblado de la Cueva de los Pescadores. After approximately 30 km, you will reach the fork in the road near the entrance to Sierra de Bahoruco National Park. Keep to the left on Carretera Bahia de las Aguilas. Continue for about 15 km until you see signs for Cueva Los Pescadores. The cave is located just off the main road, and you'll find a small parking area nearby.

Public Transportation
From the town of Jimani, take a guagua (shared minibus) heading toward Poblado de la Cueva de los Pescadores. This ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the poblado, you can ask locals for directions to Cueva Los Pescadores, which is about a 10-minute walk from the main drop-off point. Be sure to confirm with the driver that they will stop at the poblado.

Hiking
If you're already in the Sierra de Bahoruco area, you can hike to Cueva Los Pescadores. Starting from the main access road (Carretera Bahia de las Aguilas), follow the trail signs leading towards the cave. The hike is moderately challenging and takes about 1-2 hours depending on your pace. Make sure to carry plenty of water and wear suitable hiking shoes.
