If you're traveling by car, start from the town of Neiba. Head south on the Carretera Neiba-Pedernales (Route 44) for approximately 30 km. You'll pass through scenic landscapes and small villages along the way. Once you reach the junction near Poblado de la Cueva de los Pescadores, turn left onto the road leading to the caves. Continue for about 5 km, and you will see signs for Cueva de Las Aguilas. There is parking available near the entrance.

For those using public transportation, take a guagua (local bus) from Neiba to Pedernales. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 50 DOP (Dominican Pesos). Get off at the Poblado de la Cueva de los Pescadores stop. From there, you may need to hire a motorcycle taxi (motoconcho) for the remaining 5 km to Cueva de Las Aguilas, which should cost around 100 DOP.

From Poblado de la Cueva de los Pescadores, follow the marked trail that leads into the Sierra de Bahoruco mountains.
