Car
From the center of Sierra de Neiba, head southeast on the main road (Carretera Neiba) towards the town of Duvergé. This is approximately a 30-minute drive. Once you reach Duvergé, continue on the same road until you see signs for Lake Enriquillo. The lake is about 15 kilometers (around 20 minutes) from Duvergé. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the lake. Make sure to have cash on hand for any tolls or parking fees, which can range from 100 to 300 Dominican Pesos.

From Sierra de Neiba, take a local 'carro público' (shared taxi) towards Duvergé. These usually leave from designated taxi stands in the center of town. The fare to Duvergé is around 50 Dominican Pesos. Once you arrive in Duvergé, you can either take another 'carro público' directly to Lake Enriquillo, which will cost you about 50-100 Dominican Pesos, or you can hire a motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) for a quicker trip at a cost of approximately 150-200 Dominican Pesos.
