If you are driving from the center of Sierra de Neiba, take the main road heading south towards the town of Neiba. Follow signs for Neiba (approximately 10 kilometers). Once you enter Neiba, continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Valle de Neiba. Turn left onto this road and follow it for about 5 kilometers. You will see signs directing you towards Valle de Neiba. The destination will be on your right.

To reach Valle de Neiba via public transport, start by going to the main bus terminal in Sierra de Neiba. Look for a bus or 'carro publico' (shared taxi) that is heading towards Neiba. The fare should be around 50 pesos (about $1 USD). Once you arrive in Neiba, you can either ask locals for directions to Valle de Neiba or take another 'carro publico' towards Valle de Neiba directly, which may cost an additional 30 pesos (around $0.50 USD) for the short ride. The bus should drop you off within walking distance of the ravine.
