Car
From Neiba Valley, head southwest on the main road towards the town of Neiba. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Route 1. Take a right onto Route 1 and follow it for approximately 20 kilometers. Look for signs indicating 'Sierra De Bahoruco National Park'. As you approach the park entrance, you may encounter some rural roads; keep your vehicle on well-maintained paths to avoid getting stuck. Parking is available at the entrance.

Public Transportation
From Neiba Valley, you can take a 'carro público' (shared taxi) to the nearest town that connects to Sierra De Bahoruco National Park. Head to the local bus terminal and look for a vehicle heading to 'Los Patos'. The fare is usually around 50 DOP (Dominican Pesos). Once you reach Los Patos, you will need to take a moto-taxi to the park entrance. This ride should cost around 100 DOP. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand.
