Car
If you're traveling by car from the center of Lac Azuéi, head southeast on Route Nationale 2 (RN2) towards the Dominican Republic border. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the town of Ouanaminthe. Continue your journey by following the signs towards Av. Apolinar Perdomo. Once you reach Av. Apolinar Perdomo, Caritas de Los Indios will be located on your right. Parking is available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach Caritas de Los Indios using public transportation, find a local tap-tap (shared taxi) in Lac Azuéi that heads towards Ouanaminthe. The fare should be around 50-100 HTG (Haitian Gourde) per person. Inform the driver that you want to go to Av. Apolinar Perdomo. After about 45 minutes, you will arrive at Ouanaminthe. From there, you can either walk or take another tap-tap towards Av. Apolinar Perdomo, which should cost you an additional 20-50 HTG. Caritas de Los Indios will be on your right as you approach the area.
