• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards Cotacachi from any location in Imbabura Region. Once you are on the main road (E35), follow the signs for Cotacachi. Upon entering Cotacachi, look for Pedro Moncayo street. Turn onto Pedro Moncayo and drive until you see the intersection with Luis Ulpiano de la Torre. Hoppy Alpaca Hostel is located at the intersection of Pedro Moncayo and Luis Ulpiano de la Torre. There is no parking fee in the vicinity, but make sure to find a safe parking spot.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Hoppy Alpaca Hostel via public transportation, you can take a bus from Ibarra or Otavalo to Cotacachi. The buses regularly depart from the main bus terminal in each city. The fare is usually around $0.50 to $1.00. Upon arriving at the Cotacachi bus terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards the main road.
