From Quilotoa village, head southeast on the main road following signs for Laguna Quilotoa. The drive is approximately 15 minutes to the entrance of the Laguna Quilotoa area. There is a parking area near the viewpoint. Parking fee is approximately $2.

From the main parking area, you can walk about 30 minutes downhill to the mirador. Alternatively, local shuttles are available for $1-2 per person.
