If you are in the vicinity of Plaza Grande (the main square in the historic center), head southeast towards the intersection of Chile and Venezuela streets. Walk along Venezuela street for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Chile street. Turn left onto Chile street, and you will see the Basilica of Our Lady of Mercy on your right after a short walk.
