If you're starting from Plaza Grande, head northwest on García Moreno. Continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Centro Cultural Metropolitano is located on the corner of García Moreno and another street. You will see a large building with a sign indicating the cultural center.

From the Basilica del Voto Nacional, exit the basilica and turn right onto Calle Bolívar. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with García Moreno. Turn left onto García Moreno, and you will find the Centro Cultural Metropolitano about a 10-minute walk ahead on your right.

Public Transport
If you're near the Plaza San Francisco, take a 'trolebus' (a form of electric bus) from the nearby 'Plaza San Francisco' station heading towards the 'Universidad Central' station. Get off at the 'Calle 18 de Septiembre' stop. From there, walk down Calle 18 de Septiembre until you reach García Moreno, then turn right. The cultural center will be on your left after a short walk.
