    If you are in downtown Cairo, make your way to the nearest Metro station, which is Sadat Station. Take the Metro Line 1 (the red line) towards Helwan. After 4 stops, get off at the El-Demerdash Station. Once you exit the station, head east on El-Mosky Street until you reach the intersection with Ghamra Street. Turn left onto Ghamra Street and continue for about 500 meters. You will find Etz Hayim Synagogue at 3 Kantaret Ghamra, on your right.

    From Tahrir Square, find the nearest bus stop and board a bus heading towards Abbaseya. Ensure the bus number is 104 or 108.
