Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Luxor Temple, head south towards the main road (Corniche El Nil). Once you reach the Corniche, turn left and walk along the Nile River. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you see the large statue of Ramses II on your right. At this point, you are close to the Remaining Luxor Obelisk. The obelisk is located a short distance away from the statue, so keep walking until you see it on your left side.

    If you are at the Karnak Temple, exit the temple grounds and head south towards the main road. You will need to walk about 25 minutes along the main road. Follow the signs leading towards Luxor City. Once you reach the Corniche El Nil, turn right and follow the riverbank for about 10 minutes until you arrive at the Remaining Luxor Obelisk, which will be on your left side.
