If you are starting from Luxor Temple, exit the temple grounds through the main entrance. Turn left onto the main street (Corniche El Nile) and walk south along the river for about 500 meters. You will see the Avenue of Sphinxes on your right side, which leads up towards the Karnak Temple.

From the Luxor Museum, exit the museum and turn left onto the Corniche El Nile. Head south for approximately 1 kilometer. After passing several shops and cafes, you will reach the Luxor Temple. Enter the temple grounds and exit through the main entrance, turn left, and the Avenue of Sphinxes will be directly ahead.

Starting from the town center (near the Luxor market), walk towards the Nile River and head east to reach the Corniche El Nile. Follow the Corniche south for about 1.2 kilometers. You will pass by various vendors and sights. Once you reach Luxor Temple, enter the temple grounds, exit through the main entrance, and the Avenue of Sphinxes will be in front of you leading towards Karnak Temple.
