Continue on Regati pst for about 5 km. Look for the signs to Pirita and the beach area. Once you reach the address 5, Regati pst 1/3/5, you will find the parking available nearby, but note that there may be parking fees, typically around €1-€2 per hour.

Public Transportation - Bus
To reach Pirita Promenaad using public transportation, take bus number 1A from Tallinn city center. You can board the bus at the Tallinna Bussijaam stop or any nearby bus stop along the route. Stay on the bus for about 20-30 minutes and get off at the 'Pirita' stop. From there, it's a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the Pirita Promenaad along the waterfront. The bus fare is approximately €2, which you can pay using a Tallinn public transport card or in cash.

An alternative public transport option is to take tram number 1 or 2 from the city center to the 'Tallinn University' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 21 or 21B towards 'Pirita'.
