From the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), head northeast on Pikk Street. Continue straight as Pikk Street becomes Toom-Kooli Street. After about 600 meters, you will reach St. Mary's Cathedral, located at Toom-Kooli 6. The walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Look for the large spire of the cathedral as you approach.
