From the Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary entrance, head southeast on the MR3 road towards Siteki. Continue on MR3 for approximately 15 kilometers. Look for signs indicating the turnoff to Mbuluzi Game Reserve on your right. Turn right and follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the reserve entrance.
