Start from the main square in Dire Dawa, which is known as 'Mekelle Square'. From the square, head north on 'Hawassa Street' for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with 'Hawassa Road'. At this intersection, turn left onto 'Hawassa Road'. Continue walking for approximately 500 meters until you see a sign for 'Kebele 09'. Turn right into 'Kebele 09' and walk straight for another 300 meters. Mijiliska Reer-BIINLE will be on your right, identifiable by its entrance and surrounding park area.

From the main bus station in Dire Dawa, take a minibus or 'bajaj' (three-wheeled taxi) heading towards 'Kebele 09'. Make sure to tell the driver you are going to 'Mijiliska Reer-BIINLE'. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach 'Kebele 09', ask the driver to drop you off as close as possible to the entrance of Mijiliska Reer-BIINLE.
