Walking
Start from the central market area in Dire Dawa, known as 'Mercato.' From the market, head east on Mulugeta Street. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Haile Selassie Road. Turn left onto Haile Selassie Road and walk straight for another 500 meters. You will see the Dire Dawa City Manager Office on your right at the address JV35+R5V. Look for the large government building with the sign indicating it is the City Manager's office.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Dire Dawa Railway Station. Head south on the main road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Mulugeta Street.
