From Tórshavn, take bus line 100/300 directly to Vestmanna. The bus departs every three hours and the journey takes approximately 55 minutes. The bus stop is located a short walk from the Tourist Centre. A single fare costs approximately 30 DKK.

From Tórshavn, drive north on Route 10 to Kvívík, then continue on Route 500 to Vestmanna. The drive is approximately 38 km and takes around 35 minutes. Parking is available at the harbor near the Tourist Centre. Parking is generally free.
