Walking
If you are starting from the Tórshavn city center (e.g., from the main square, Miðvágur), head northeast towards the harbor area. Continue along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the view of the boats and buildings. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Bryggjubakki street. Turn left onto Bryggjubakki and walk straight for about 200 meters. Tórshavn Cathedral will be on your right, near the end of the street.

If you're at the National Museum of the Faroe Islands, exit the museum and head south towards the harbor. Walk along the main road until you reach the waterfront. Turn right and follow the waterfront promenade. Continue straight until you reach Bryggjubakki street. Turn left and walk a short distance. The cathedral will be on your right-hand side.

From the Tórshavn Ferry Terminal, head west along the waterfront. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with Bryggjubakki. Turn right onto Bryggjubakki and continue walking for about 200 meters. The Tórshavn Cathedral will be on your right, just before the end of the street.

If you’re coming from the Vágar Airport, take a bus to Tórshavn city center. Once you arrive in Tórshavn, follow the directions from the city center to the cathedral as mentioned earlier. Simply walk northeast towards the harbor and follow Bryggjubakki street.
