If you're traveling by car, start from Mariehamn, the capital of Åland Islands. Take Route 1 (also known as E18) heading south towards Lemland. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the town of Lemland. Once in Lemland, look for signs directing you towards Norra Flaka. Turn onto Norra Flaka road and drive for about 1 kilometer. Ahvaland is located at 20 Norra Flaka, directly on your left. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Ahvaland using public transportation, begin your journey at the Mariehamn bus station. Take Bus 1 towards Lemland. The bus ride will take roughly 30 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop nearest to Norra Flaka. Once you disembark, walk approximately 1 kilometer along Norra Flaka road heading north. You will find Ahvaland situated at 20 Norra Flaka on your left. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited, especially on weekends.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Mariehamn and take Route 1 towards Lemland. The distance is about 15 kilometers and is mostly flat, making it a pleasant ride. Once you reach Lemland, turn onto Norra Flaka road. Ahvaland is located at 20 Norra Flaka, approximately 1 kilometer from the main road. There are bike racks available for parking your bicycle.
