Car
The most accessible route to Koli Ski is via road number 504 (Kolintie). Turn onto Kolintie from highway number 6 in Ahmovaara, near the Neste Kolinportti. Follow the signs to Koli Ski - Ukko-Kolin rinteet. Parking is available near the main entrance. During peak season, parking may be limited at the Ukko-Koli slopes; consider alternative parking areas like Likolahti or Paimenenvaara, a short walk away. Electric car charging stations are available at the P1 parking area. Parking fees may apply.

Public Transport
Take a bus from Joensuu or Nurmes to Kolinportti. From Kolinportti, it's approximately 9 km to Koli village; you can walk, bike, or take a taxi. Alternatively, a bus from Joensuu to Ukko-Koli is available on weekdays, with a transfer at Kolinportti. Check the bus schedules for the most up-to-date information. A Ski & Spa bus also transports skiers to the slopes from Joensuu and Nurmes Bomba. Bus tickets cost approximately €10 one way or €20 for a round trip.

Scenic Lift
During the summer (mid-June to early August), a scenic lift operates daily, providing access to the upper Koli area. Tickets can be purchased at the summer kiosk on Upper Koli, Rinnetupa, or the reception desks of Break Sokos Hotel Koli and Koli Village. Round trip tickets cost €12 for adults, €9 for children (7-12 years), and €29 for a family (1-2 adults + 1-3 children). One-way tickets are also available.
