From Kuopio City Center, walk to the nearest bus stop at the main square. Take bus number 22 or 23 towards Kallansillat. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Kallansillat stop and walk across the bridge to reach the observation platform. A single ticket from the app or with contactless payment for two zones is approximately €4.75.

From Kuopio City Center, head northeast on Kauppakatu towards Puijonkatu. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Vainolankatu. Turn left onto Vainolankatu and walk for another 300 meters until you reach Puijo Park. Enter the park and follow the walking path towards the lake, which connects to the waterfront area. Follow the path along the shore towards the Kallansillat Bridge; the observation platform is located on the bridge. Allow approximately 30-40 minutes for the walk. There are no costs involved.
