    From Santa Fe River, head south on US-1 S. Continue for about 40 miles until you reach St. Augustine. Take the exit for FL-16 E toward St. Augustine Beach. Merge onto FL-16 E and continue until you reach US-1 S. Turn left onto US-1 S and continue for about 2 miles. Turn right onto S Castillo Dr. The Castillo de San Marcos National Monument will be on your left at 11 S Castillo Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
