If you are driving, start from the center of Live Oak, Florida. Head east on US-90 E/SR-10 E for approximately 7 miles. After passing the intersection with SR-51, keep an eye out for 180th Street. Turn right onto 180th Street and follow it for about 2 miles. The entrance to Wes Skiles Peacock Springs State Park will be on your left. There is no entrance fee for the park, but make sure to check for any special events that may incur additional costs.
