From the Aix-en-Provence city center, walk to the Aix-en-Provence bus station (Gare Routière). Look for buses heading to Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume. One option is the Bus Line 16, which runs several times a day. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume bus station, exit and walk towards the main street, Rue de la République. From there, head southwest on Rue de la République, turn left onto Avenue de la Libération, and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Chem. du Défends. Follow Chem. du Défends for about 300 meters, and you will find Monastère de Sainte-Marie-Madeleine on your left.

Start from the main square (Place de la République) and head southwest along Rue de la République. Continue straight until you reach Avenue de la Libération, then turn left. Walk along Avenue de la Libération for about 1 kilometer. After that, turn left onto Chem. du Défends. Monastère de Sainte-Marie-Madeleine will be located approximately 300 meters down the road, on your left.
