If you are at the Annecy train station (Gare d'Annecy), start by exiting the station and heading towards Avenue de la République. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the main square, Place de la Gare. From there, turn left onto Rue du Pont des Amours, which will lead you to the picturesque Lake Annecy. Continue walking along the lakefront until you reach the Parc Charles Bosson. Follow the path around the park and veer right onto Rue de la Préfecture, which will take you towards the old town. Once you reach Rue Sainte-Claire, turn left. Continue straight until you arrive at Place St Léger, a charming town square with vibrant surroundings.

From the Annecy train station, take bus line 2 towards 'Cran-Gevrier'. Get off at the stop 'Pont des Amours' after 2 stops. From there, walk towards the lake and turn left onto the promenade. Follow the path until you reach the Parc Charles Bosson. Once you reach the park, follow the path around the park and veer right onto Rue de la Préfecture. Continue until you reach Rue Sainte-Claire, turn left, and proceed straight until you arrive at Place St Léger.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Annecy bike rental station near the train station. Head towards Avenue de la République and ride straight for about 500 meters until you reach the main square, Place de la Gare.
