Walking
The Tourist Office is centrally located on Place du Triangle de l'Amitié, easily accessible on foot from most points in Chamonix town center. From the Place du Mont Blanc, walk east along Avenue Michel Croz, then turn right onto Place du Triangle de l'Amitié. It's a short walk from the main shopping streets and near the Musée Alpin.

Public Transport
The nearest bus stop is 'Place du Mont Blanc'. Several bus lines connect here, providing access from various points in the Chamonix Valley. With a 'carte d'hôte' (guest card), obtained from your accommodation, bus travel within the valley is free. Without the card, a single ticket costs €2. The Mont Blanc Express train also stops at Chamonix train station, a 5-10 minute walk to the Tourist Office.

Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available in Chamonix. A short taxi ride from the Chamonix train station or peripheral areas of town to the Tourist Office will cost approximately €10-€15. Ride-sharing services like Uber are not widely available in Chamonix.

If driving, be aware that parking in Chamonix town center can be challenging, especially during peak season. Several underground parking garages are available, including Parking du Mont-Blanc (Avenue du Mont Blanc), located about 400m from the tourist office. The first hour is free, after which rates range from €0.30-€0.50 per 15 minutes. A 24-hour period costs around €18. Free parking is available at Parking des Planards (600 spaces in summer/230 in winter), a 5-minute walk from town, and you can take the free 'Mulet' shuttle bus.
