From anywhere in Candes-Saint-Martin, the confluence is easily accessible on foot. Simply follow the signs towards the riverbanks. The promenade is located near the center of the village, a short walk from the Collegiate Church and other main attractions.
Public Transport
If arriving by train to Port Boulet, take a short taxi ride (approximately €15-€20) or bus (Line 12) to Candes-Saint-Martin. From the bus stop, the confluence is a short walk. Alternatively, from Saumur, Line 12 will drop you off within walking distance of the confluence.
Car
From the D751, follow signs to Candes-Saint-Martin. There are several parking lots at the village's edge. Parking is free. From the parking areas, it's a short walk to the confluence. Be aware that the village streets are narrow with limited parking inside.
