The most convenient way to reach the Religious Art Museum of Fourvière is by taking the Fourvière Funicular from Vieux Lyon-Cathédrale station. Follow signs within the metro station to the funicular. The ride takes only a few minutes and drops you off near the Basilica. From the funicular station, walk approximately 5 minutes, following signs for the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière. The museum is located adjacent to the Basilica. A single funicular ticket costs €3.50.

For those who enjoy a scenic walk, it's possible to walk up Fourvière hill. The climb is steep and takes approximately 30-40 minutes from Vieux Lyon.
