Getting There

• Bus

  Start at Montpellier's main bus station, 'Gare Routière'. Take the Lio Bus Line 2 towards 'Le Vigan'. Stay on the bus for about 1 hour until you reach 'Blandas'. Once you arrive at Blandas, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers (about 20 minutes) to the viewpoint. Follow the signs for 'Cirque de Navacelles' along D158 road until you reach the observation deck.

• Train and Bus

  From Montpellier, take a train from 'Montpellier Saint-Roch' station to 'Le Vigan'. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Le Vigan, transfer to a local bus service that goes to 'Blandas'. Once you arrive in Blandas, you will need to walk around 1.5 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes) to the viewpoint following the D158 road towards 'Cirque de Navacelles'.

• Bicycle

  For the adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Montpellier and cycle to Navacelles. Follow the route via D986 and D158. It is approximately a 40-kilometer ride, which will take around 2-3 hours depending on your cycling speed. Ensure you have proper gear and maps as you will be navigating through rural roads.

• Walking

  If you're up for a long walk, start from Montpellier and head towards the countryside. The total distance to Navacelles is about 40 kilometers, which would take several hours. You could consider walking part of the way to Blandas, then taking public transport for the remaining distance. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
