Metro
To reach the Domaine National du Palais-Royal via Metro, find the nearest Metro station. If you are at Châtelet station, take Line 1 (the yellow line) towards La Défense. Get off at the Palais-Royal - Musée du Louvre station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for Palais-Royal. You will find the entrance to the gardens directly in front of you as you exit.
Bus
If you prefer to take the bus, locate a bus stop near your current location. Take Bus 21, which will take you directly to Palais-Royal. The stop you want is 'Palais-Royal - Musée du Louvre'. Once you get off the bus, the entrance to the Domaine National du Palais-Royal will be right in front of you.
Walking
If you are close enough to walk, head towards Rue de Rivoli and walk east. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the entrance to the Domaine National du Palais-Royal. Look for the large gates and beautiful gardens that mark the entrance.
RER Train
If you are further away, you can take the RER B train. Get on a train heading towards Robinson or Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse. Get off at the Châtelet - Les Halles station. From there, transfer to the Metro Line 1 towards La Défense and get off at Palais-Royal - Musée du Louvre. The gardens will be right outside the station.
