From Versailles Château Rive Gauche train station, take the RER C train towards Paris. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Saint-Michel - Notre-Dame station. Transfer to the RER B line towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Châtelet - Les Halles station. Finally, take the Metro Line 1 in the direction of La Défense, and get off at Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre station. From there, it's a short walk to Cour Napoléon et Pyramide du Louvre.

From Versailles, catch bus number 171 from the Versailles Rive Droite bus station towards La Verrière. Get off at the Pont de Sèvres stop and transfer to Metro Line 9 towards Mairie de Montreuil. Get off at Châtelet station and switch to Metro Line 1 towards La Défense. Disembark at Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre. Cour Napoléon et Pyramide du Louvre is a short walk from there.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Palace of Versailles. Exit the palace grounds and head towards Avenue de Paris. Follow Avenue de Paris until you reach the train station, Versailles Château Rive Gauche. From there, follow the train guidance above to reach the Louvre.
