• Walking

  If you are already in the Louvre-Tuileries area, the easiest way to reach the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel is by walking. Start from the Louvre Museum, exit through the main entrance (Pyramide du Louvre). As you exit, you will be facing the glass pyramid. Walk straight ahead towards the Cour Napoléon. Keep walking until you reach the Place du Carrousel, which is directly in front of you. The Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel is located at the center of this square, and you won't be able to miss it.

• Public Transport - Metro

  If you prefer to use public transport, the closest metro station to the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel is Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre (Line 1 and Line 7). From the station, take the exit towards Rue de Rivoli. Once you are out of the metro station, walk west on Rue de Rivoli for about 5 minutes. As you approach the Louvre, you will see the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel in front of you, situated in the Place du Carrousel.

  You can also reach the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel by taking a bus. Look for Bus Line 21, 24, 27, or 39 and get off at the Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the Louvre Museum, and as you reach the courtyard, you will see the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel directly ahead in the Place du Carrousel. Be mindful of bus fares, which typically cost around €1.90 per single ticket.
