    The Gouffre de Padirac is easily accessible by car. Free parking is available near the entrance. From the village of Padirac, follow the signs to the Gouffre. The parking lots are located a short walk from the entrance pavilion. Be aware that during peak season, parking areas can be crowded. Consider arriving early or later in the day. Parking is free.

  • Public Transport

    Several bus lines connect nearby towns to the Gouffre de Padirac. Bus line 876 departs from Figeac station to the Gouffre de Padirac, connecting Camboulit, Livernon, Gramat, Rocamadour, Alvignac and Padirac. Bus line 877 connects the SNCF train station in Souillac to Biars-sur-Cère, passing through the Gouffre de Padirac. This line serves the communes of Sainy-Sozy, Meyronne, Lacave, Rocamadour, Alvignac, Padirac, Prudhomat, Bretenoux and Biars-sur-Cère. This bus runs only on weekends in June and September, and every day in July and August, including weekends and public holidays. The fare is €2 per trip. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the entrance of the Gouffre de Padirac.
