Public Bus
From the city center of Saint-Malo, walk to the 'Gare Routière' bus station located on Rue de l'Ermitage. Take the bus line 1 towards Saint-Coulomb. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Saint-Coulomb' stop. From there, walk towards the coast, following signs for 'Fort Guesclin'. It’s about a 15-minute walk down to the beach where the fort is located.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Saint-Malo. Head towards the coast on Rue des Moulins, then take the coastal path towards Saint-Coulomb. The ride will take around 25 minutes. Once you reach the vicinity of Saint-Coulomb, follow the signs down to the beach where Fort Guesclin is situated.

Walking
Start from the main entrance of the Saint-Malo city walls (Les Remparts). Head south through Rue de la République and continue until you reach the coast. Turn left on the coastal path and follow it until you reach the village of Saint-Coulomb. This scenic walk will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way. Once in Saint-Coulomb, head towards the beach and follow signs for Fort Guesclin.
