The most direct way to reach the Belvédère du Petit Train de La Mure is by taking the Petit Train de La Mure from its departure point in La Mure. The train journey itself is a scenic experience, lasting approximately 50 minutes and taking you through tunnels and over viaducts. At the terminus, a short, 400-meter walk will take you to the belvedere. Train tickets range from €26.50 to €28.50 for adults, depending on the season, and €21 to €22.50 for children (ages 4-15). A family package (2 adults + 2 children) is also available. Keep your train ticket for the return journey.

If driving from Grenoble, follow the A480 and RN85 towards Vizille and La Mure. At the roundabout at the entrance of La Mure, turn right to find the parking area. From the parking area in La Mure, you must take the Petit Train de La Mure to reach the Belvedere, as there is no direct road access to the site. Parking costs are not specified but are generally available at the train station. Then take the train as described above.
