Getting There

Walking
If you are in central Papeete, start at Place Vaiete. Head southeast toward Rue du 22 Septembre and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Paix. Turn right onto Rue de la Paix and follow it until you reach the waterfront. Continue walking along the waterfront promenade (Avenue Pouvana'a a Oopa) for about 10 minutes. The entrance will be on your right, just before the large, colorful 'Tiki' statues. This walk is approximately 1 km.
