Getting There

  • Taxi

    From Faa'a International Airport, a taxi to Tahiti Sea Park in Puna'auia typically costs around 1,909 XPF (€16) during the day for up to four passengers. The park is located on the beach opposite the Macdo (McDonald's). Taxi fares in Tahiti have a base rate of 1500 XPF, with an additional 130 XPF per kilometer. Ensure the driver resets the taximeter to the base fare.

  • Public Transport

    Local buses connect Papeete to Puna'auia. From Papeete, take the bus towards Puna'auia. The bus will drop you off near the beach where Tahiti Sea Park is located, opposite McDonald's. Bus fares within Papeete are around 130 XPF until 6 PM. A trip to the end of the line in either direction costs about 750 XPF.
