After approximately 3 kilometers, merge onto the Tbilisi - Telavi - Lagodekhi highway (E117). Continue on this highway for about 16 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for RQ52. Turn left onto RQ52 and follow the road for around 5 kilometers. The Numisi Cellar Museum will be located on your right at the address RQ52+46V, Kvareli-Mukuzani, Velistsikhe. There is usually ample parking available at the museum.
