If you're traveling by car, start from Tbilisi and head southeast on the E60 highway. Continue on the E60 for approximately 40 km until you reach the exit for Mtskheta-Mtianeti. Follow the signs for Kvemo Kartli. After about 10 km, look for signs directing you to the village of Tsitsishvili. The church is located at 14 Zaza Panaskertel-Tsitsishvili St, Tbilisi. There is parking available near the church.

From Tbilisi, you can take a marshrutka (minibus) from Didube Bus Station to Rustavi. Once in Rustavi, transfer to another marshrutka heading to Tsitsishvili. Costs for the marshrutka from Tbilisi to Rustavi are approximately 1-2 GEL, and from Rustavi to Tsitsishvili around 1 GEL.
